• What did I learn that increased my understanding of Manaiakalani kaupapa and pedagogy?

• What did I learn that could improve my confidence, capability or workflow as a professional? Over the week I learnt some really good Sheets shortcuts and solved some problems that have been bugging me for a while and will make my data management more efficient and effective. I exported a Exfel from Ed Perfect then copid it to sheets and then averaged & rank by name the students. I then Loomed it to my colleagues.

• What did I learn that could be used with my learners? Reinforcing the docs and slides tips that I have picked up. I also finally sussed out the EMBED tool and how to do it.

• What did I learn that increased my understanding of Manaiakalani kaupapa and pedagogy?

A really good challenge from Dorothy to re-invigorate creativity. And I have reflected in that while I haven't consciously set it up as a 'learn/create/share' activity one of my classes have been doing just that all year.

• What did I learn that could improve my confidence, capability or workflow as a professional?

I need to understand the tools within youtube and learn the difference between- my channel, my playlists, yes landscape is better than portrait. I learned a lot in te Google drawing session in the morning-- it was good to get in to an optional small group.

• What did I learn that could be used with my learners?  Google draw & my digital pepeha. We were introduced to a good generate-my-pepeha tool.

• What did I learn that could improve my confidence, capability or workflow in my personal life? Some good work ons on Google draw and Slides. And as I said a good wero from Dorothy about recapturing the spirit and action of creativity.

Cool things I've learned & used this week :)

Google slides EXPLORE tool-- this is great, esp when I think about the struggles I've had making eye-catching slides in the past.

Docs voice typing- I'm getting a few funny looks in the staffroom talking about "Ancient Chinese Warfare and Wall- Building"

Explore tool in Google docs for footnotes- I've learnt this and shared it to classes who are currently working on docs 

Scheduling a 'Send' in Gmail--- much better than trying to remember stuff overnight.

I learnt another good tool this week through in school  Techy PDL.. it's the explore tool withing slides that auto generates different layouts to choose from
