Friday 31st July
Friday 31st
Had to pop out during the Meet session-- but I had a pressure cooker Meet user experience during lockdown. Once a week with each of my 4 classes. A really helpful advisor form Young Enterprise also joined my Meets for Y13 Young Enterprise.
I also had to run dept PDL sessions during lockdown with a lot of Meets and screen share.
What did I learn that increased my understanding of Manaiakalani Great Kaupapa and pedagogy?I like the Mail schedule tool in 'Send' I never knew about it but it makes sense as I use the same schedule function when setting assignments and tests on EP through GoogleClassroom.
What did I learn that could improve my confidence, capability or workflow as a professional?I successfully installed the Keep extension.

- What has worked for you since the last time we met?
- What hasn’t worked (or made sense)?
- What do you need help with?
- What has worked? - I have used the merging cells with a table poster for open night.
- What hasn’t worked (or made sense)?- unmerging cells and setting it up so a table can have many rows of different number of columns
- What do you need help with?- not much at the moment

I liked the omni-box-- I've used it a lot but never given it a name.
Split screening was good-- I prefer dual screens but not prac in class as I move around a lot.
Sheets/Groups .google.com is a good reminder
Ctrl shift V- was a good hack-- And I love the table of contents stuff-- I quickly appreciated it
Interesting challenge re headings, contents etc
Using templates-- want to explore this
Eyes on text & voice typing need to trial
